Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.
However, please note that from May through September, our team is often traveling to attend various markets and events across the country. During this period, fulfilment times may be longer than usual.
During these months, orders may ship anywhere between 2 days and up to 3 weeks after the order is placed depending on our travel schedule and access to inventory.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we balance our online store with our presence at physical markets.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to ship both domestically and internationally (where available). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns Packaging & Postage
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return packaging and postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether expedited shipping is possible.
Fjelldal Trade reserves the right to package and ship your order as soon as we are able, based on inventory location and travel schedule.
We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with the carrier.
